I dont mind constructive criticism, Radley, but:

You may be advancing, but you're advancing in the wrong direction.
Is completely uncalled for, and isn't backed up in any way shape or form.
Firstly, you havent seen my past layouts, so how I'm advancing compared to what I used to do - you don't know.
Secondly, vBulletin's design of the postbit, is growing more and more popular, and more and more sites are keeping it like that, because they like it.
Site's I make are to appeal to the common eye, rather than every designer who comes to pick faults with it. Yes, i put it here for you to review, and yes, i really appreciate the comments you're all giving me, its the reason I put it here. But if the common people and members here like the postbit they've been given compared to the old one, then i'm not changing it.
For example, quoting some members at the forums:
i dont like the posts set out the way they are, i much prefere it with the avatar and that at the top.
^That is about a blue skin we have, where the postbit has been modified, and the skin has returned to the postbit_legacy template, rather than the one with the user info at the top.
Now it's slowly becoming the norm, having it at top
Because more people are liking the top version.
They're just examples of what I've been told about the postbit. I did do some research into which version people prefer before putting the postbit I have now onto the site.
Thanks for the comments, but I'd appreciate no one to tell me where im advancing, especially when/if they haven't seen my previous templates.
Thanks.
EDIT: Oh, and thanks for the spoono-like suggestion about the nav. I might just take a look at improving the navigation that way.
EDIT2: http://www.cuzyoosuk.com/ ? <--- the nav's changed. Is it less invisible now?
