Need FreeHand help

Hello . . I need help for something simple . . I have not used FreeHand for very long. I know this should be somewhat simple but I am having a hard time figuring it out.

I need to make a block of type appear to diminish as it goes on (perspective)

How do I accomplish this?? Any help would be appreciated.

I have attached a sample of what I am trying to achieve.
