hi, im new and i need help, i love grapgics and stuff, but i dont hav a decent graphics maker, i want to be able to make cool signatures and wallpapers...i wanna no if i can get things like bryce of psp for free, plz rite bak

There's no legal way of getting PSP and Bryce for free. What you can do is use free alternatives:

PSP > The Gimp (available both for Linux and Windows)
