email form details ot me

ive made a contact form for my site, now i need a script to make it work.

i want the details to be emailed to be. in addition i will want an error page and a success page (nothing complicated, just 2 separate pages that either say "there was an error" or "thank you")

i have tried PHP but the mail() thingy (i dunno wot its really called, i dont know php!) is disabled on my hosting "for security reasons"...

so no php then.... at least not hosted on my webspace...so maybe externally hosted?

or is there another way i could do this?

find out if your host uses asp instead.
I have a simple to edit asp script floating around my hard drive somewhere.

well its ok now ive found a externally hosted script that works the way i want

a bit of searching goes a long way....
