Make sure the triangle path is closed and then set a fill color for it (at the bottom of the tools palette) or use the bucket tool.
Also, please use the search feature at the bottom of the illustration forum - this question has been asked quite a few times already;

I have released this solution. But everytime I think I have already created a full path but I still cant filled it. Even I have zoom in tool. I wonder whether there is any method to solve this problem

Make a new layer under those shapes, re-draw the shapes with the pen tool, then use the colors on the toolbar to fill them.

To close a path you can either use the direct selection tool, select both ending and start points, right-click and choose "join" OR you can use the pen tool by clicking on the end point (a minus sign will appear to indicate that you will be clicking on the end point instead of creating a new one) and then move the cursor over to the start point until a circle appears under it (this indicates that the path will be closed).

That's because the pencil doesn't close the paths.
The best tool to use is really the pen tool, since you have fully control over paths while creating them. The pencil tool should be used only for adding small details that won't get filled.

The pencil tool will close paths. I use it extensively. Simply hold down the option/alt key before letting go of hte pencil tool when you are drawing. It will automatically close the path. Another option is to select the path when you are done drawing and hit command-j (Mac) or control-j (PC) to close the path. For simply shapes I would also suggest using the pen tool however. The pencil tool is designed for more free-form lines.
