Those came standard when I bought the script. good-tutorials is not accepting anymore lower quality tutorials from common sites due to there size now. I am just trying to build up a directory where anyone can submit there tutorials.

There are no rules that say you can't "copy" a site's menu or format... if you want a site that does the same thing as another, you need most of the same pages and links. HTML is never considered "original work" and can't be copyrighted. The only thing you can do is ask that someone give credit if they use your code (which he hasn't even done, just similar menu links).
