Illustrator Pen Tool Is Annoying

I create logos using the Flash MX and MX 2004. It's much easier to draw using the lines. I think I am the only one who makes logos in the Flash.
When I finish drawing the logo, I copy and paste in the Illustrator. Then, copy from the Illustrator to the Photoshop. That's my routine.

At the same time, I really want to know how to use the pen tool in the Illustrator. If there are some tutorials that really focuses in how to use that tool, that would be great. Most of the tutorials always assume that you're aware of that tool from the beginning. And then they start to show you how to make a logo. That's unhelpful.

Can someone give good links? Please?

This is pretty well accepted as one of the better introductory tutorials on the pen tool. Follow it through, and you should find that it is not dramatically different from what your used to in Flash.
