Well this is what was mentioned to me when I first began Vector art.. Now I use it to help all of the new beginnings who start vector art.

Very good site, take it up step by step. Vectors can mainly be done in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Macromedia Freedraw, Adobe Photoshop, (Not the easiest to do vectors imo) Macromedia Fireworks, and many many more.

Take your time, perfection takes time AND patience.
