vector in psp?

i was wondering if you can vector images in paint shop pro 7, and if you can get the same result if you vectored an image in photoshop? if so, does anyone know a good tutorial for vectoring in psp?

PSP is not a vector program, so the results aren't as close as the ones you would get with programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Freehand or CorelDRAW.

However, if you still want to use it for this purpose, all you have to do is either use the Draw or the Preset Shapes tool (select create as vector on the Tool Options palette) along with the Object Selector.
