Are you only going to pick a winner if they use Flash ?

I already talked about this i said no i might pick someone that doesn't do flash but it would have to be prety good rember this is not 25$ its 100$ so yeah its gotta own

OK heres another go but its not done with FLASH.

Well that flash banner that that one guy sent you is already on his site but with his site name on it. didn't know if you wanted the same banner as someone else
