whats the best 3d program?

first off i know absolutely nothing about 3d proggies

that being said ... i wanna learn but i dont know which one to buy

i work with flash, photoshop, dweaver, fireworks, image ready and a few others mostly doing web design type stuff

id like to learn a 3d proggie but i dont know which one to buy ... also id like for the proggie to be somewhat compatible with flash ... if im not mistaken swift 3d is basically flash on crack:)

anyway what would you guys recommend i buy
