Ya, I'm happy. I was shocked when I found the place. I have to call to confirm the price on it though because the brochures I saw said "Subject to change".

And good thing about it is that it's there especially for college students (it's only a couple miles from University of Central Florida) so I'll be able to make more noise than a regular apartment complex

Awesome find. I was close to going to fullsail. But decided against graphic design and went for graphic communications management....It would have been a lot nicer than going to school in wisconsin.........the winters rock. But its nice that its more for college kids. It would be a shame not to be able to party hard in your own apartment.

Dude...it's not MASSIVE, but because there aren't a lot of rooms, the rooms you have look like a decent size. And for the price? Christ that's nice. Can't be beat. Congrats!!

Well damn. I hate misinformation. They printed their brochures wrong. I just spoke to someone on the phone.

There are several different layouts:
The one I talked about above is the A1c. It's 960 a month.
A1b - 1bed/bath with no study is 910 a month
Then there's a B1 layout (2bed 1 bath), you only pay for the room your'e in, but still get to use everything, it's 555 a month. They all have washer/dryers in them, so no coin machines, yay!

gotta love misimformation! damn that sucks man. Look on the bright side......no coin laundry.....? thats about all i have.
