no, they didn't know about the WTC attack in particular, The presidents daily briefing stated that, "Osama Bin Laden determind to attack within the united states" also that there were "Al Queada cells within the U.S.". But still bush's administration ignored Dick Clarkes plan, and withdrew the forces which were pressuring Al Qeada that the clinton administration had been pushing for a while.

yep theres alot of mistakes Bush has made, especially prior to 9-11. First he Backed out of the Kyoto protocol, I don't think people realize how bad the condition the environments in, his alternative is a gift to coroporate america and will increase emissions by 30% by 2010. Besides abandoning federally mandated appliance efficiency increases, Im sure you all remember the incredible tax giveaway of 2001 , he was very wrong about the tax cut stimulating the economy without busting the federal budget, anyone want their surplus back? Letting campaign contributors formulate national policy is a big mistake. Do we really want America's energy future planned behind closed doors by Enron executives? Lets not forget his faith based initiatives. But probably one of his more detremental mistakes was the withdrawl from the Anti-Ballistic Missile Treaty http://www.tribalmessenger.org/headlines/12-11-Bush-bac ... -72-nuclear-pact.htm what was he thinking!? Well I'm by no means a leftist pundit, but Bush is just pushing it, and when Kerry wins this november I'll make sure he gets his share too ::angry::

Lets make one thing abundantly clear. Its one thing to be religious and pray to your god for advice etc. Its something completely different AND unconstitutional to rule a country according to the beliefs according to your god. God loving president? Great! Biased god loving president thats making everything not god illegal? Get the hell out of office.

Alright, I am a bit of a private political enthusiast, so I know what to go about when coming up with my idea. I know I am too young to vote, but if I were able to, I would vote for Bush. My family is Republican mostly, it may have some influence. But I am independent, and the day I came out about that, well, lets say the resemblance of that was to that of a gay kids 'coming out of the closet'. My family felt they failed; brothers, mum, dad, grandparents. Pretty funny actually, they were silent to me. But they accepted me as an independent political enthusiast. ANyway, I basically swing to whichever side appeals to me because I am independent. Bush appeals to me more because Kerry is almost just like Bush, he has most of the same views, most of the same ideas, plus he flip flops on decisions; he never has a made up mind. Also, recently he announced that if he wins he will goto the UN to ask to defend for the US, screw that! I am sick of trying to have their approval, they didn't back us up before, why bother with them now. They are about to fall apart like the League Of Nations did way back when. But long story short, Bush would be a better candidate, even though he isnt the best of all time.
