Pixel Brushes?

Hi.
I have seen people with sorta pixel brush avatars, like its little dots, i was wondering if anyone had this brush or nows where to get it, if so that would helpalot, it may only be for ps tho.

I don't think there are pixel brushes, since the brush size can be changed in PSP therefore ruining the effect. What one can find a lot are pixel painting tutorials for PSP.
A good place to look for them is www.psplinks.com, but you might as well look for pixel tutorials for other programs since the tools used are pretty much the same.
