you guys are stupid. you do realize that google sells their engine etc. they may have also sold searchnet the google toolbar and let them modify it anyway they want to.

why do you want them to get sued? thats what's wrong with the world today....everyone trying to sue everyone. sheesh.

I agree with kobs.... reminds me of that other site.. **** can't remember, but was the same story, people on the boards were telling them they would get sued etc.. hah but they just bought it , was also about a piece of software!

I believe they sell their engine to either be used to search the buyers DB, or to provide google's services on your site (not to claim it as your own).

Also i very much doubt there would be any selling of the google bar and letting them do whatever they want with it.

The reason for both is that if they sold the google bar and engine to even one person then they would pretty much be selling everything that makes them them.

No my friend.. we meant for cloud to buy it... besides.. he can still win.. by simply stating that the combination of letters stand for something meaningful to him....

and at the same time get some extra hits ..... not competing with google in any way...
