I remember seeing your image of a city in the clouds... awesome work, as well as this one. I am a definite fan of your work, I see a huge Boris Vallejo influence in your work, but yet I see your own style coming out in it as well... which I love. If you have any medieval architecture, I would love to see it. I checked out you "digital mix" section.. awesome work. I want to see more of that. Smile

That reminds me of Fallout, without all the death, destruction, and decay.

Thanks. Smile I dont do much Photomanip (digital mixed) stuff any more, very rare, however if I get around to buying a digital camera that may change - right now processing and film costs are a pain in the wallet and ***.

Boris Vallejo? Perhaps (i use to have alot of his work on book covers and calendars), but I would say I am more inspired by the likes of Frazetta, Brom, Rick Berry, Justin Sweet, and Jon Foster. Looser more expressive styles...but thats hard for me as I always want to noodle the crap out of paintings. Wink

Thanks for the kind words folks Smile

I can't say anything bad about this because this type of work is fairly rare, but usually, when its done, its done well, and you have done this one beautifully! Great job! Looks like a real painting.

its really good.. but u should fix the hand thats on top.,., it looks like.. mm.. flat... and fix the hankie on his face.. give it more..mm.. movement if u know what i mean.. it looks too flat.. im not sure if the proportions of the neck and head are good.. or maybe its a guy with that neck and face.. but who knows.. and one more thing.. wen u tie a bandana on ur head, u have like 2 things hangin pieces of cloth.. u could maybe add that thing too..
just adding my two cents..
other that those details and tip, the rest its really good.. all the shadows, the details.. everything good..
btw, almost forgot.. think of this, almost the same drawing but at night, with two moons, stars, nebulosas, and crap like that, and green googles for the dude.. u know.. nightvision...
