Why not try your polygon lasso tool? trace your self out. This one was done in about 5 min so it's a little sketcky. This kind of photo retouching is really fun to do. But way easier to maniplate when the photo is high res. BIG. It's hard to pick up the pixels when the res is low....

lol the pant is blurry! It should look real

polygonal lassos and other tricks are no use, even if you do remove the bike, pants won't magically appear. They are not captured by camera, so paint tool is only good way. And do not use blurry brushes, it gives you blur quality..

I agree with Blackground. It is hard to retouch such a small photo. Higher res would make it much easier.
