well, the left side nav bar should have something which divides it from the other parts..a vertical line or something. And on the right, there is a lot of empty space....that's bad too. But it is really good otherwise. AndI like the icons in the horizontal nay bar.

the navigation is all over the place.
choose a horizontal or vertical nav.

navigation text is too small.

too much text in the header bar, too busy.

we have the logo mark, the logo type, "its all about science", "butterfly study" , "persatuan boilogy"

the photos are nice think of a different layout that showcases them.

The header idea is good but i don't like the background to much the navigation is cool looks good.

You're news script looks like CuteNews.. You should give them credit if it is their script.. Anyways, the site looks very nice and proffessional, I like the image links.

looks good maybe a grey background would help a bit. Try to keep the menu in one place.
