Installing tubes and Patterns?

Hi, New to board and Psp. I have psp 8 and cannot figure out how to install tubes and patterns that I downloaded so i can use them. Any help? Thanks

To install tubes you go to file/export tube
It has to be on a transparent background to work as a tube
Patterns are extracted to your patterns folder
my psp8 files/ my documents/ patterns
