This is the very first layout I have designed, ever, so please don't be to tuff, but make any suggestions, I just started so, there will probably be alot, lol.....

very standard...
such a basic layout..

i dont too much like ur white lines outlining parts..

the site ends without any transition effect on both sides of the template..

generally, i think everything is too big, the header, and all the gradient bars(nav,footer) make them slimmer..

also, the lighting is not right on the header gradient and the nav gradient, where you have the tabs extruding..doesnt fit in..

i think the layout needs alot of work...

p.s. also the colours do need to be changed and sorry if you think i was too harsh im only giving my opinion and advice.. but its not bad for a first try keep at it...
