Freehand: Logo making newbie question

I'm trying to make a logo with the letter "H". I started out by converting an "H" into paths and sloooowly shaping it...I got one side just the way I want it and I want to mirror it to the other side and make it symmetrical.

I want to be able to shape the other side afterwards. What's the best way to do this?
