First Vector - WIP - RX8

ok, this is my first ever vector..
yes i know there is like nothing there, it is basically just a silouette(sp?) of the body of the car..
but it took me about 45mins, and im very proud

but i sorta have no idea what to do next..im sure if i used my brain power a bit more, i could figure out how to apprach the next step, but im lazy and tired and its 2:30am right now...

so any suggestions would be great...
What would you do if you were doing this right now?(thats right, im talking to you! :grumpy )

P.S. i was very bad with the pen tool before this, but now i am getting the hang of it

nah, he must have used a picture of the car under it...
pen tool is all about practice, what you should do to learn is take an image and try to "stroke it" with the pen tool AND i really encourage you to use Illustrator and not Photoshop for vector art, its really better when ur used to it.

heres a bit of an update..
im really not good at this
i eventually get the lines i want, but it takes me ages to get them, and figure out the best way to do them..

but yeh..here it is anyway.. its only a small update..but im slow

yeh, im making it in photoshop...
im still trying to get the hang of the pen tool, i can shape everything fine, but i think i might be diong things the long way..cause sometimes i am drawing a shape that is edged up to another, and i have to make the same line..just doesnt seem right..
but yeh, its my first try

well im going to bed now, so i just thought i would post another update..in a hope to see some more comments when i awake..

p.s. i know it is turning out very cartoony and square..but its my first go, so ill guess ill keep it that way..
and perhaps on another attempt, i wll try a more smooth effect, and possibly some gradients, and airbrushing..
