Question

I'm looking for the option in psp8 to make a "cartoon" from an image.
It's hard to say but i can't find the effect to make an image looks like it has been drawed.

Someone told you could do this in PS this way: filter>sketch

As far as I know there's no tutorial on how to make a perfect cartoon from a person. The closest effect there is Colored Pencil (although I'm not sure what else Jasc has put into v8, I only have v7).
