Drawing Energy Blasts or Fields
Hiya guys,i have a question.
Can someone here tell me how to draw energy blasts/fields using PSP7?.A link to a tutorial is good too.

Hi there! Welcome to TF 
I don't know of any tutorials for PSP7 (I tried searching for them but nothing came up). One of the closest effects that you can find inside PSP is the Sunburst filter, but it doesn't create such a great impact.
If I have the time I'll try to write something, but I can't promise anything.
