I'm not a big fan of the whole interface thing but for what it is it look decent enough, try to get better anti-aliasing on your curves, blur the edges a bit or something

is 4th designs teh only person that can say anything? I want some advice..

It's a little bit cluttered with useless stuff like tons of statistics telling me my own IP and such. Don't get me wrong, some of that stuff is cool, but too much of it just weighs down the site and overwhelms your visitors.

Looks better in my opinion than the other one, but the cut out in the header looks a little funky. I'm not sure if it's uneven or if it's just the text overlap that makes it look uneven. Also, I agree with 4thdesignstudios about the curves needing a bit of work.

Did you do the backend coding or is it an open source backend?

I deleted the stats table ont eh side, and converted the people online to stats, and took out the ip one. anymore advice? I know the banner is a lil edgy but ill fix that later.
