Well maybe its a hardware issue (Doubt it but)... are you having trouble with anything else... did photoshop ever run pretty smoothly?..... or something might be interfering with photoshop even after you reinstall it. All i can say is keep on trying, tough look buddy and I'm not accusing you of anything but if you didn't buy the thing you can't really expect it to not have other problems possibly caused by a crack.

make sure that you have all instances of it deleted from your registry that might be one of the problems. just do a search of the registry for photoshop and get rid of it all then reinstall.

and if all else fails get a legal copy and see if that works, if it doesn't adobe has a great support staff.
