Full Screen IE Window

Well I'm trying to figure out how I would make a browser window cover the whole screen. Also how would I make it so it would do this like 5 seconds after the page loads? So here is what I'm thinking:
Page Loads
5 Second Delay
Browser expands and covers screen
Any ideas on this? I've seen it done before.

you may have to use javascript and print it on the page to tell it to expand

Have to comment that it is very annoying thing to do, if you put this on a public site.
You can use variables like window.width and .height to change them, calculating from screen.width and .height etc.
