how do i make an animated banner using JASC PSP? ex: http://nawtiexmomo.homestead.com/files/xangabanner.gif

well that has two frames. In PSPmake the first frame and save it. Then make the second frame. Open animation shop. Clikc on the animation wizard. Than where it says what images you would like put the two images you made in. Then just play with settings!
