Site layout

Hello everybody!
Here's a site I'm working on for the moment. Here's some things that will be on the site. The left image with the house is going to be a flash movie, maybe just a fade in/out movie.

The white pics with the crosses is going to be before/during/after pics on a kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom.

The site is for a construction company that restore old houses.

And the background, is it to "dirty", don't know about that myself. I thought it could look good if I mixed the dirty background with really clean things, like images and such. But I'm not sure.

i like it
my only problem is that i can't read german but that is no big deal at all to the layout
otherwise its nice
