hahaha! that is a classic rip....i mean usually, a smart ripper changes it a little bit more than just erasing text and putting in a sloppy replacement in the upper right hand corner. what a noob ripper....

btw, really nice looking site man. nice use of orange.

ROFL! i just noticed this: if you are on an LCD display, tilt the top away from you and look around the bars above the text area. you can clearly see where the ripper used the paintbrush. anybody who knows anything about photoshop could do a better job than that. what a ****ty rip job...

Cloud7: That is not condoned. And yes, it is copyrighted. Anything you make that is your work is copyrighted the instant it is made.

the reason you get papers isn't to prove that you made it yourself, it's to prove WHEN you made it. if you have two people that have the exact same layout, but only one actually paid to get it stamped and noted, that one wins the case in a civil suit (even if the latter made the material first).

here's a bit of a workaround... you print out the source and email it to yourself. don't open the envelope when it arrives in the mail, just save it. the post office will stamp the date on the envelope. sure, a good lawyer could say that it's fake, but in a small claims court (which is where you'd go), people don't have lawyers
