I get the Line 16 Char 3 error everytime I try to do anything

i cant seem to figure out.. i use f:\photoshop\photoshop.exe no matter what slash i use.. it wont come up ? it says cannot find it..

ok i enabled all the damn active x controls on the internet and intranet and that damn popup keeps coming up saying

"an activex control on this page might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page. do you want to allow this interaction?"

I just want that damn thing to stop. It pops up when i go to play counter-strike and i have to change the desktop to a picture. any ideas?

For those who's notepad isnt working, i think i know why, i edited mine slightly and since then its been auto saving fine, heres what i did:

open the desktop with dreamweaver (or w/e u use) then scroll right down to the bottom, you'll see this:

Notice the space between , this.value take that out so its just ,this.value. Also theres a space between <br /> take that space out also so its just <br/>.. i went trhough all of the code and found a few space's that didnt need to be there...

well that fixed my notepad and stopped my active x from poppuing up. hope it helps..

Note: make a backup of your desktop before you edit it, just incase

Sorry for Grave Digging but I wanna know if anyone can help me on this. Everytime when I point to the desktop.html in appearance>>Desktop and I click refresh on the desktop or if I do anything it says -

Can anyone help me with this error as to what to do? Thanx in advance
