How do i do this kool thing in PSP 8?

I wanna make one of these cool whachamacallits in PSP 8. The The round thing with the metal frame. It is so frickin cool!

I don't know how well you know the program but basically this is a mix of preset shapes, gradients (as fills), simple lighting effect and inner bevel.

I'll see if I can find something for you but if not I'll see if I can write a tut - although it would be based on version 7, if you don't mind.
