Hey all. I jsut thought I'd announce here that soon enough I will be making a tutorial on very basic alias and remote scripting with mIRC which will also backup my bleief that mirc is the best IRC client.

for now the server is:
irc.tutorialnetwork.org -- if it doesn't resolve, try 209.120.134.9, we are still working out the DNS errors and propogation.

It was already changed as soon as we got the new IRC servers:).

Ive been having trouble connecting the past few days. Is the iptables thing still an issue?

I can connect to the server itself, but beyond that i cant do anything. I cant identify myself, I cant join any channels, all I can do is connect to the server. Does anyone have any idea who to fix this?

You may have tried to connect yesterday when the server jumped or something, (I also got disconnected) everything was really slow and took a long time for me to join #central.

Ive been trying to connect on and off yesterday and all day today at random intervals. Im beginning to think it might be my isp..
