Making Backgrounds For PSP7

does any1 know how i can make BGS like this on PSP? Plz

This could be done using a combination of 2 plug-ins and PSP's built-in Blinds effect. Use one layer for each of them and mess around with the blend modes.

1st layer: Flaming Pear's Swerve (http://www.flamingpear.com/swerve.html)
This plug-in is shareware but the demo works for 30 days without any restriction.
2nd layer: MuRa's Cloud (http://www.geocities.com/murakuma/mmplugins.html)
This is freeware and is also quite useful for many other effects.
3rd layer: Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds (PSP7).
