I am a PHP coder and im currently making my OWN forum software, IPB is one i've worked with in the past but as there is no money involved I'm afraid I would not take up the offer, Job to me means occupation, work, 100% attention, and those require money, especially in this day and age.

If you are willing to have a coder/IPB "expert" on board that much and are willing to arrange a small fee on a per-script/mod basis then

i wouldnt trust david there. he contacted me through AIM and started spamming me about his company. he called my current host a "rip" after i told him several times that i was happy with them and i'd never switch. (by the way my host is http://www.virtualwow.com check them out) then he tried to sell that i needed forums for my site, but would not listen to the explanation that if everyone had forums no one would post on them and that i had no desire for a forum. just steer clear of him

if you where serious about a money making website, you would have something to start off with, some money to pay staff, designers. And you would deffinitly need some money to advertise with, so that your site will actually get a visitor.

Actually hairyiguana makes a good point. You definitely need some money for advertising or your site won't get off the ground. That is the one thing that you really need money for, to generate site traffic through paid advertising.
