Good Hosting Plan needed.

I know that you guys have been anxious to host for me but my host was having a slight problem and my email wasn't always getting through and having numerous problems. I know that a lot of you guys have PMed me telling me to contact you if I ever needed hosting again but I want to get the best deal as most people do so I'll throw it out there and let the best deal come to me. I need:
-cheap
-a good amount of POP Email Accounts
-1 MySQL db
-php
-my previous hoster was 3000 bandwidth and 250 disk space, so id like to keep it around that
-a good amount of subs
-Email Forwarders, Mailing Lists, AutoResponders
-a decent control panel, preferably cpanel
-99% guaranteed uptime
-decent speed
-must have satisfied previous clients
I don't know much about hosting, but I do know one thing that I learned with my previous hoster....I want it to work.

PS: I am only willing to pay once the DNS has taken affect and I can see if everything works on your side...hey another thing i learned!

maybe he just sell this plan and wanna make the least that his server is costing him :S

hi well i´m just helping the guy with the hosting sopme pages that he host are http://www.water-wars.net/ i´m using a sudomaing from at the moment but i´m changing to his hosting
