Can anyone or anything host my forums?

i only need something like 20 megs, ftp access (to upload the files), PHP support, and 1 mySQL database! i'll accept any banner

and unlimited bandwith (1-2 Gb will be fine too)

Can you tell us more information of what kind of forum it will be, estimated traffic etc

well i dunno if it matters but it's in hebrew, Anime - yugioh, i don't know about the traffic

and i forgot to mention i want free hosting

Usually hosts with Unlimited bandwidth are fradulant or will run out of business. Stick with the one to two megs. Good luck.
