Not anymore. I beleive they reversed that decision and made it illegal again about a month ago.

Marijuana doesn't hurt other people that don't want to use it. Not directly. It may mentally hurt a mother that her child is smoking, but it doesn't physically harm anyone other than the user.

Now, with rape, the person getting hurt didn't ask for it. they didn't want it. Mypoint. Marijuana is something I think people should be able to use. On themself. Not sell, not impose on anyone else. SO your analogy to "make it all legal" doesnt apply at all.

That's basically like saying, let's just let everyone HAVE guns. Just having a gun isn't hurting anyone, just like smoking weed isn't hurting anyone, but it's what people do when the are under the influence of dope that hurts people. in ontario, you cant get arrested for possesion under 30 grams i think. you dont see any big problems going on there, do you? nor in amsterdam. i think alcohol is bad. my dads an alcoholic and its done nothing good for his life nor mine, my brothers, or my moms. it caused my parents divorce. my dads 44 and lives with his mom, owes me $300 he took from me, about $500 from my brother, and over a thousand from my mom. he cant keep a job. his "cloest" friends are all without drivers licenses because of numerous DUIs.

most of the people i know who smoke marijuana are peaceful people. they have a positive outlook on life and are always relaxed, not just when they're high. i dont see whats so bad about marijuauna. there's no such thing as peer pressure, everyone i know that smokes wasnt pressured into doing it. those commercials on tv are so dumb.

"one in every three drivers who were killed in car accidents tested positive for marijuana."

thc stays in your fat tissue for about 30 days. you could be in your house, alone, on a weekend and smoke a joint, then get into a car accident 2 weeks later and test positive. its like comparing apples to oranges :\
