Making a freakin sig

OK I always see these really cool signatures that people use and whenever I ask people always tell me go read some tutorials. Well omg I've read tutorials but I still can't make a sig. Maybe I am just not creative enough. Can someone PLEASE help me? Maybe tell me how they made their sig or using which tutorials? I dunno I just need HEEEEEEELP! ::

What kind of sigs r u trying to make? pics or backgrounds?

Start simple, just goto new image and make it 400x60 and floodfill the background black. Then add ur name and save it as a JPEG. There u are, a very simple sig. Then u can get more complicated

Think he may mean something a bit more like scooby's, which looks great!

Just experiment and create your own styles. That often helps and after you do so, you make whatever you want. Experimenting is the key. You won't get something right away.
