Caveman, do me a favor and go check out HostReflex.com not too many people seem to rave about them, but my friend uses them and absolutely is in love with their service. The only downside is they use Cogent, but not primarily, they have DS3 from another provider, and they own their own data center in Los Angeles, I've been there. LAX-DC01 -- So check them out.
