i mean to SITE ADMINS more than appliance admins.

personally my time of being an appliance admin i have had no problems and have had no times where our server has needed a patch from ensim.

I think as being a host you would get more clients wanting plesk and cpanel over ensim because of its looks.

Not really, you can get skins from ensimshop.com which is what we do, or you can get creative and attempt your own, sometimes you have to do some pushing on your part to get the clients interested. Offering all 3 or more is a better step, since it allows the client more control over their solution, which is a philosophy my company has lived by for 2 years now, and it seems Rackshack and Robert are getting the hint, hey, let's give a variety.

yes i agree. We currently use nexus and plan to have a custom made one soon.

We also offer ENSIM, PLESK AND CPANEL to our clients and are very competative with our prices

we are just setting up our latest ensim server now Smile

Err, this has steered off-topic. Anyways, I think Rackshack is doing this to really move into being the #1 unmanaged provider. Robert even said they are able to offer it so low because it is coming out of their pocket to provide it for this first year, next year will balance out I suppose.

That wasn't the point of the thread Proweb, you went a little off-topic when talking about prices, alls I mentioned was that Rackshack is finally getting the clue, that if you offer variety, you have a better chance of pulling in more clients.
