yeah well i was going out with a girl for 4 months, and her mother commited suicide while I was going out with her. So i tried my best to console her, and I still really liked her. She wrote me a long as note (like 4 pages) saying how she just wanted space and time to think right now... and I mean i can understand this... her mom just died. Well a week later she started going out with my best friend.

not only dumped, but lied to.

this girl is OBVIOUSLY not the girl you are gonna be with right now ... you're young, go out with some other girls and who knows maybe at your 20 yr reunion you two will hook up, date, get married, have babies and grow old together.

If that happens (I want 20$ for predicting it) then you can tell your grandkids the story of how you thought you would never be with her and then you won her over 20 yrs later and they will think you are the most romantic person in the world and you can give em candy for being such wonderful lil children ....

that's how my aunt met her new husband (she was in love with this guy during 10th grade, after she graduated she married another guy, had three kids, got a divorce not too long after the third kid, went to her 20 yr highschool reunion, met up with that guy from 10th grade, they fell in love and are getting married in august)

... and my cousin met his wife-to-be at their 10 yr reunion
