Alright, I'm not trying to be mean but it's a little frustrating when people agree to do the layout, then back out 3 minutes later about the cost.

I am paying up to $35 for an entertainment news layout (w/ HTML & PSDs). If you are interested in designing a huge website, then PM me. If not, then that's fine, I hold nothing against you. Just don't PM me as if you're interested.

If you are able to pay through PayPal I can give it a try.
