Article Script needed

Hi,

I am looking for an article/review script for my site. I would prefer php. I need something which can be intergrated into a site easily.

I would like something where I could login, and post an article. Once posted, the article would be added to an article page which would list all the articles.

Now, I am not so bothered about having a form where I write the article, but rather something where when I login and post an article, I upload an html file, and then when the article is published, the link on the article page links the html file uploaded.
I would also like an image upload so next to each article appears an image..

I hope this isnt too confusing . I have some $$, but not much.

I wrote a news management script, has everything you need... and more, i even got so bored as to add in emoticons :\ ... and a bunch of other crap.. check it out, go to www.e3project.net and select coding and you'll see RaveNewsPE, click it and it'll download... contact me on aim/msn if you need help.. but i wrote a good readme so you shouldn't
