Hey but we won didn't we. Our batting was not great but a side is made up of batting/bowling. And besides, both sides said the pitch was total crap. Very hard to score runs.

We play Kenya in what will be almost a practise match for both sides. And come on - I would be happy for the Kenyan's to beat us. It would give their nation such a boost. You can't say the same?

we won without Sachin / Sourav / Shewag ! man ... I somewhat fear our bowlers nowadays ... never seen such menancingly accurate Fast Bowlers from India before Smile

Nothing will beat the West Indies fast bowlers from the mid-late 80's.

You do have some good ones. It would be hard to pick the best quick in the world atm. Brett Lee is pretty dangerous but he is not awesomely economical.

Lol.. i hope India takes it all this year ... though i am not a HUGE cricket fan.. well i was for years.. but now am more into Basketball.. the NBA.. but still.. Indian fan since i grew up.. so yeah.. All the Best..

i bet the indian's in Kolkata is all bettin money on who is gonna win.. i heard that no one bets on India anymore.. lol

By "fast bowler" if you mean only the pace ... I doubt anyone would come after the Windies of 80's true . But as a fast bowler with cunningness , accuracy as well as killer instinnct my personal favourite is Wasim Akram . He surely had some good toe-crushing yorkers as well movement of the ball on and off the pitch .
