hey man -
cool I didn't know you had this thread here until now hehe... guess I'll say some stuff while I'm here in class
The teacher's just been flustering around for the last 45 min with installing an updated flash player and some dreamweaver extensions, which he can't since he doesnt have admin rights hehehe...
I saw the design as it was progressing, but I'm sure I can think of a few new pointers hehe
Let's see.....
I do think you should consider a slightly lighter background for the content area (currently black). Maybe its because the screen I'm using right now is a tad on the bright side (though as I understand it, that's pretty common really... I'm much too used to my ultra shaweet viewsonic haha). So in essense, the extremes between the white and black seem to be a bit "too much" to me.
Link colors.... I wanna suggest a bit darker set of blue for your active and over textlinks. Maybe you just happen to like the teal look hehe.... but personally I prefer richer shades of blue.
Font.... consider trying 11px for the content instead of 10px... it's just ever-so-slightly too small imho.
I still feel your CSS file is a little superfluously bulky for what it appears to do... but I dunno - I don't know anything yet about XHTML so maybe that's necessary.
I know it'd be a real pain in the arse, but if there's any way to smooth that top curve out just a little bit more then definately go for it. It looks a ton better than before (to everyone: originally photoshop did something funky and the curve was just ultra jaggy for some reason, and it was too late to go back without reworking a whole lot)... but still it's pretty jagged.
I guess I won't go too much into resolution compatibility... personally I still think it's much too early to rule out 800x600 users. I know it is still one of the predominant resolutions (I know, 'cause I have some quite massive logs to learn from.. very nice sample group hehe). Since you're going with latest-browser type coding, I'm sure there are some not-too-hard ways you could have the centered logo "float" and have a flexable mid point that stretches to fit the higher resolutions.... then it would stilll look the same for 1024x768 users, but at least be compatible without sidescrolling for 800x600..... I dunno, might be more work then you want at this point since you've already finished all your coding and layout, etc.
Lastly it's just a personal preference, but I seriously can't read your html code without getting... eh... seasick.. or somethin'... haha... well I just hate code with tabbing and lowercase, lack of spacing, etc.... well that's just me, raw-coder extraordinaire haha

Guess if you can read it, that's fine hehe
Well that's all I can think of at the moment.... overall quite nice
Peace.
