I prefer the first one, but in both cases I think you should align the content better so that the lines from the top area (image) coincide with the lines from "novinky" and "nabízíme".

I prefer the second one, really, because it seems less cluttered with "stuff" thank the first.

the header seems a little out of place to me....maybe try adding some of that orange/yellow color into other parts of the design

Thanks for suggestions. The header is orange just to contrast the rest of the blue-grey page. The first pic is main page and the second is content page. I know it's kinda messy, I'll have to solve this.
However thanx for help guys.
