What does preloader Actually do for the site?

It preloads all of the content. Allowing everything to run much smoother. It pauses the movie in the beginning to allow you to load all of the information before-hand...

actually it just showes you what is loading how much time is left and whatever else you make it say. as well as what he said :-)
