Experienced Flashers

If any of you are expierenced flashers, that could help me integrate flash into a psd layout of mine. I would offer you webhosting (heh, 30 mb, mysql, 300 mb bandiwidth, all the extras) and even a small amount of cash ( I dont know..$20-$100 depending on what I get).
The layout is below. I'm tight on cash, so no one might help. but oh well >_<
