Survey Script
I want to place a survey on my site. I have tried an online CGI poll host (megapoll.net), but the site stopped working after a few days. After that I tried downloading several CGI survey scripts but had no idea how to implement them (they all require modifaction using UNIX).
What is the simplilest way to get a survey (something like the one on the Spoono homepage) on my site???
